Pumpkin seeds, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, fresh basil, Romano/Gouda cheeses

My sourdough take on this classic

I load it with seeds, but you may request it without

a veritable rainbow of beautiful seeds and grains

pure and simple rye, with or without caraway

So called because I love to have it with my tea in the afternoon. It's dense with cranberries, raisins, citrus zest, walnuts, pecans, and spices....delicious, plain or toasted, with butter or cheese. A great gift bread.

as a baguette (try with prosciutto and sweet, soft butter) or a boule, with or without seeds (sesame or poppy) sprinkled on top.

earthy, salty and somehow sweet from a dense presence of these incredible fruits. Fantastic by itself or on a cheese board for a party...
